You're probably going to think it sounds gross but it's actually delicious. It's similar to a Bloody Mary but instead of using tomato juice you use clam juice and vodka. Have you ever heard of Clamato juice? That's what it's made of and it has Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, etc. so it's a little or a lot spicy, depending on the amount. It's served with salt around the glass' edge and usually a celery stick. I don't drink anymore but it used to be my drink of choice. It's very popular in Canada.
