d vegetables. It takes some time, but not that much l… our diet. I get the appeal though, seems easy and convenient for any parent, myself included. But, instead of cereal, we make oatmeal in the mornings. Instead of fish and chips, we do fresh cod and roasted potatoes. Instead of a snack bar, I usually cut up some fruit and vegetables. It takes some time, but not that much longer than throwing something processed in the oven.
