You had me salivating throughout and was overjoyed it was a no garlic recipe, but then I saw how much frying in oil it entailed, and I balked. It's one thing to eat it out and not see what I'm eating, but to cook it myself, I'd feel guilty. That's why I'm a Shake and Bake gal.
