Your dreams matter.

Day Twenty-Nine prompt: The funniest dream you’ve ever had

Hidden memories
As mysterious as night.
Dreams lurk behind our snores.

Some unremembered,
Others are reminiscent of
Life at that moment.

We work through troubles,
Digging deep into issues,
With laughter, our crutch.

But what can we say
To dreams lost along the path?
Is our journey forsaken?

I know not of one
Fantasy that gave me a
Full-on belly laugh.

Bring me a quill and pad,
To ink dreams into parchment,
Permanently etched.

Forever wanting,
I’d rather chuckle than cry.
So, bring in the moonlight.

And I shall find you
that funny dream you are seeking.

Don’t fret if you’ve missed Keeley Schroder’s April Challenge because you still have time to join in May.
