When I was younger, but not that young, I went to a tattoo parlour to get an ankle bracelet tattoo. I was drunk. They refused me because they said my blood was too thin by the alcohol. I never went back. What I really wanted was a tongue pierce. I never got that either. I'm glad they were just a phase.
