Day Five prompt: Do you believe in ghosts or spirits?

So, I messed with this prompt. Not intentionally, but yesterday, I answered this question when I spoke about psychics for one of Ruby Noir’s June deep thinking prompts. It didn’t need to go this route, but it did when I focused on psychic mediums, and now I’m stuck.

If Spirits Don’t Exist, How Do Psychics See into the Future?

I thought I could put a twist on the prompt. Perhaps write about alcoholic spirits, but I don’t drink, or write an inspiring story to lift your spirits but decided that was lame.

Unfortunately, I’ll just need to make this the shortest prompt ever and leave you to read my above response. I’m thankful I’ve never visually seen a spirit. That would freak me out. Further, I’ve never seen an object move unassisted by someone I couldn’t see. However, Ed firmly believes there is a spirit living in our condo. I’m not so…
