What pops out for me is for you to ask yourself whether you are truly open to love. I went for years believing I wanted someone in my life, but every action I made screamed I wasn't willing to become a true partner. I'm not saying this is you by any means, but I'd ask how independent and unwilling to put up with bullshit are you? The answer may hold the key.
