To start off do the easiest. use a new line below your subtitle and to the left you'll see a plus sign. Click on the 2nd to the left and type in a keyword. Choose a pic. This is Unsplash and it automatically credits the photographer for you. Giving credit is a Medium rule and the right thing to do.
