This is beautiful and I don't know if you realized it, but this could be taken two ways (maybe more). At first I thought it was a woman talking saying she was so comfortable, she could confide in her best friend that she was gay, or how I think you meant it and equally beautiful, it's the start of a budding, romantic relationship.
