Thank you, Elizabeth, for your time and thoughtful comment. Writing this story brought up wonderful memories of my time with her. If my daughter had taken the ball from Oreo that would have been a different story but she went for the ball and got it and Oreo went up to her and jumped not for the ball but rather decided to bite her instead.
