I’ve heard it circling around Medium that negative articles get noticed more than positive ones. If the title contains a disapproving tone, the algorithm claps its hands.

And who doesn’t want claps? I’m a glutton for praise.

So, I thought why not join the angry party? As long as I don’t take myself too seriously, and neither do you, then there’s no harm.

Then again, I don’t like dissension. (Did you catch that negative line? I did that to test this theory).

Without further ado, I give you my list of six things I do that annoy people I know, but if you come to think about it, they’d likely bother you too.

1. I interrupt conversations.

I can’t help it. Call me a busybody or someone who wants you to have all the facts because if I hear your conversation and I’ve got something to add, I’ll make myself heard. This doesn’t go over well with most people who expect me to mind my business. They say if they wanted my opinion or input, they would have included me in the conversation.

But that’s not always so. Sometimes I know something you don’t know, that you need to know to make informed decisions. Sometimes…
