MN, I have struggled with anxiety all my life and actually, mindfulness has helped me to experience greater periods of calm than ever before. I wrote this article in response for a call out for mental health pieces and hope that others will find piece in knowing they're not alone and that mindfulness might help them.

I don't think you're delusional. Keeping a positive outlook in the face of adversity and stress is healthy as long as you listen to what your mind and body need as well. You don't want to miss warning signs.

I hope 2022 proves to be one of our best. With a new grandson and a granddaughter, I'm on the right track. Thanks for reading and commenting. I always love hearing your point of view.
