Jason, I want to start by saying this is a well-written, interesting article and I'm sorry for your struggles. It was clear, concise, and emotional for me despite never having received this treatment unless behind my back.

The only thing you did to demean this article is mention Karens and Kens. It too is a less than courteous (I say nicely and not as expressive as I'd like) way to put down a group of people who happen to innocently have this name but who do not necessarily carry the referenced trait.

Just maybe something to be mindful of.
