In my younger days, a very good friend of mine's boyfriend was cheating on her and all of our friends who knew were adamant my friend knew. I therefore decided to say nothing. Years later I learned she didn't know and the secret ruined our friendship. I don't know if you should or shouldn't tell, but I wouldn't assume she knows.
