I recently began intermittent fasting and lost great weight, but never gained the clear mind or increased energy. I don't think I was eating the right foods during my eating window and I wasn't exercising. I've fallen off the wagon and need to start again. I found it a highly successful way to shed my excess pounds and I have a lot of it.
