Good point. This sounds like a scary situation.

… a rifle was fired. Extensive damage from a long-range rifle in a close space compared to a pistol. Also, it seems when the leather restraints were removed for positioning, it would be easier for the prisoner to grab a long rifle as opposed to a concealed pistol. I was given no response, just a blank stare.
