…r Soft-Boiled? Let’s make them soft-boiled like me. I used to be a hard-boiled kind of guy, but now I’ve got to watch the old blood pressure, so let’s keep things soft-boiled. Even poached on some nine-grain wheat toast is great.

Does this make a difference? Aren't eggs, eggs? I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I'm hoping you're on to something because I sure love my eggs.
