Bernadette, for inspiration, visit the pub called, The Challenged. There are November prompts for every day of the month with no time limit on any of them. I've been doing these prompts since January of this year and it's really helped me. Recently, I've tried to branch out but you should give them a try. Also ask to be a writer of their pub.
