As an Empath, your sorrow over writing this brought tears to my eyes.

…that will forever change my life into “before” and “after”. Most of us eventually lose our parents. The loss, grief, and confusion are no less shared for occurring on different days and years, instead of hitting all of us at once the way 9/11 did.
